Workshop Wednesdays provide a time to learn and engage on topics relevant to faith, life, and the workplace. This week Marc Replogle will present on the topic of, "Avoiding Pitfalls in Contract and Company, and Related Impact on One’s Estate."
J. Marc Replogle is an attorney with a local and a statewide practice.
Marc has been practicing law for over 20 years, since graduating from Emory University School of Law, and opened his own law office, which is now The Replogle Firm, P.C., in 1997.
Marc provides legal counsel to individuals and to small businesses in areas such as civil litigation (including breach of contract, collections, and personal injury), contract law, corporate law (including corporation and limited liability company matters), and wills and probate.
Marc Replogle concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, with extensive emphasis on commercial collections, personal injury, breach of contract issues, as well as corporate law.
