Leadership Part 2: The Importance of Leadership in Today’s Workplace

Last week we created the framework for why leadership matters by defining leadership, identifying ways that leaders and leadership are developed, and discussing the crisis of faith of notable biblical leaders.

This week we’ll expand the conversation to discuss our current cultural crisis and the increasing importance of Christian leadership in the workplace.

Our response to crisis affects our ability to be led by God, to lead ourselves, and to lead others that need our Godly leadership in these trying times.
