Preparing for 2020 Business


If I were starting a business, Where would I start? What a great question to start the day and gain insight from WCBN members as we move into 2020.


Meeting Summary

  • If I were starting a Christian, faith-focused, biblically principled business, I would start with me and the fundamentals of my faith

  • “Think like a Christian first, and then apply good business practices.”

Surrender all to Him and deny myself

  • Pursue Jesus

  • Be a good student of the bible

  • Develop strong spiritual disciplines especially bible study and prayer

  • Surround myself with mature Christian business counselor and mentors

  • Be a great church member, individually and corporately

The morning finished with the video - God's Chisel Remastered

When God chisels the dead weight out of our lives it can be quite painful. Tommy and Eddie give a very creative look at a typical Christian having to go through the process of discipline.

The writer of Ephesians says “For we are God's workmanship” (Eph. 2:10). Elsewhere we’re described as a “poem.” God views us as being his original masterpiece.
