Leadership Matters

John 10:11 NKJV

“I am the good shepherd.  The good shepherd gives his life for the sheep.”

Good leaders never forget they are servants who understand Jesus gave his life for his flock.  Leaders serve at work and are aware they are there to look out for their ‘flock’.  Effective leaders model servant leadership, lead others through crisis and teach others to serve.

This week we will discuss biblical examples of crisis of faith, why being ‘stuck’ is OK, attributes of leadership and why our individual leadership matters.  Please join us.
