Marc received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with honors, as an Accounting major from the University of Tennessee in 1985, and received his Doctor of Law from the Emory University School of Law in 1988. Prior to opening The Replogle Firm, PC in 1997, Mr. Replogle practiced for two years with a corporate transactional firm, where he was head of their litigation section while also practicing in the area of corporate transactions and contracts, and practiced for five years with a high volume collection firm.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Superior and State Courts, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern District and the Middle District of Georgia.
Marc is active with the WCBN and a member and past President of the Towne Lake Business Association, as well as a retired 23-year member and past officer of the Towne Lake PowerCore; past member of the Board of Directors at the KSU Wesley Foundation; past member of the Board of Trustees and prior Administrative Board member at Hillside United Methodist Church; and retired youth sports coach.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, including entity formations, buying and selling of businesses, and contracts; wills and probate; and personal injury. When not practicing law, Marc enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Kristin, a local artist and author, and assisting his wife in her art business.
